Surrendered cats must be spayed/neutered, they must have a current rabies shot, and have a current 4 in 1 shot. On the form, please give as much information about your cat as you can, the more we know the easier it will be to find your kitty a new home. All surrenders are final, if you decide you want your kitty back, you will have to go through the adoption process.
